(about me)

i'm a computer science and biology student at URI. the path i'm on sits between molecular modeling, machine learning, and systems software: drug design you can test, simulations that don't silently fail, and tools that turn a prompt into something you can run.

(my experiences)

right now that's PocketBench for generative structure-based drug design, a TrkB screening pipeline with a U.S. provisional patent, and a merged fix in oxDNA. i also build agentic software — Redhouse took 3rd place and Best Hack at the YCONIC NVIDIA DGX SPARK hackathon — and i did clinical ML at Brown on 130,000+ ICU encounters.

(my activities)

i'm on the URI Hydrobotics team, implementing mixed-thrust control for a six-thruster AUV and a test workflow so we can check thruster outputs before the vehicle is in the water. i like work that has to survive contact with a real system, whether that's a robot, a molecular dynamics engine, or a sandboxed agent.

(my interests)

i'm into structure-based drug design, molecular simulation, and agentic systems: model routing, policy checks, sandboxing, and automated repair. i like staying close to the machine in C++, Python, and Linux, and i'm still drawn to clinical questions where biased or missing data changes the prediction.
